Amaro Duho (HU)

Amaro Duho (meaning “our soul”) is a family band that beautifully combines tradition with innovation, inspired by the rich musical heritage of traditional Hungarian gypsy music. Founder Mathild Dobi has been presenting Roma culture around the world for decades as part of the most famous group in Hungary - Ando Drom, and other formations, including Romano Drom, Olah Gipsy Beats, Somnakaj Gipsy Musical.

After 5 LP albums and more than 1000 concerts, she sees that the time has come to fulfill her dream of playing music with her children, thus passing on her rich musical experience and Roma cultural values to them. Enjoy the traditional Hungarian gypsy music Oláh, full of love and soul, and spiced with her own melodies, thoughts and sounds.
