CHRUST (PL)

Chrust is a Polish music group that blends modern ethnic sounds. Three distinct personalities, each passionate about their favourite music style (folk, electro, rock), come together to create a unique and contemporary sound for the band. The group’s creativity is rooted in Polish traditional and Slavic music, drawing inspiration from renowned acts and figures such as Percival Schuttenbach, Wardruna, Trent Reznor, Tool, and Igor Herbut. Formed in Gdańsk in 2021, Chrust released their debut single, “Hen za Rzeką,” marking the beginning of their musical journey. A year later, in May 2022, they unveiled their first fully original album, titled “Chrust.” Despite the band’s relatively short existence, they have already accumulated an impressive record of concerts, competition victories, festival performances, and recognitions.
