Fanie Fayar is an author, composer, performer, vocal coach and producer born in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo. Her powerful mezzo-soprano voice resonates with Pygmy and African polyphony, drawing from her origins and traditions. In her repertoire, she combines Congolese local rhythms with pop, funk, rock, jazz and soul sound, earning her the nickname "The Queen of Fusion".
