Krustina Kokorsta, known professionally as Krista, is one of Bulgaria’s finest r&b and soul vocalists. Coming from a musical background playing the violin, attending the music school in her home town and graduating the Pop and Jazz department of the National Music Academy in Sofia, Krista is now also an actress, voice over artist for animation films and a vocal coach in the Bulgarian version of The Voice TV show.

Emotional, fiery, uplifting - maybe that’s the best way to describe the singer’s music and live set. In the company of one of Bulgaria’s finest musicians Borislav Boyadzhiev - drums, Stefan Stefanov - keyboard, Alexander Obretenov - bass, Vladislav Michev - trumpet and keyboards, Angel Dyulgerov - guitar and arranged by Borislav-Boyadjiev, Krista is taking the audience on a musical journey through disco, funk, dance-r&b. One of the set’s highlights is the song “Homecoming” where Krustina is using Bulgarian folklore elements skillfully intertwined with her memorable voice.
