ZONE C (BG)

A band with more than three decades on the jazz scene in Bulgaria and abroad, Zone C will present its new album Quantum Integrity at A to JazZ! Created in 1992 by the legendary pianist and composer Vasil Parmakov, the band quickly became one of the brightest figures on the Bulgarian jazz scene. With Stoyan Yankulov – Stundzhi and Veselin Veselinov – Eko at the core, the formation left a lasting mark with albums such as Lombroso, Human Factor, Live in Bansko, Live in Bankya and Last Session with Vasko.

The long-awaited “Quantum Integrity” is the result of a 25-year creative journey. It features three unreleased compositions by Vasil Parmakov, who also performs five pieces. The album combines free interpretation and experiments, rock – jazz, the influence of the 70s and at the same time the future in its immeasurableness. On stage we will see Stoyan Yankulov - Stundji (drums, percussion), Veselin Veselinov - Eko (bass), Vasil Spasov (piano, synthesizers) and Miroslav Ivanov (guitar).
