EMIL TASSEV QUARTET (BG)

Emil Tassev’s project Tesseract emerges at the intersection of music, science, and imagination. Beyond being a musician, Tassev is also a physicist with a strong interest in mathematics and astronomy—fields that directly inform the concept behind his debut album. The title refers to a four-dimensional geometric figure, serving as a metaphor for a reality beyond human perception.

Musically, the project blends modern jazz, fusion, and free improvisation, driven by a strong sense of groove and dynamic interplay. Each composition carries a personal dedication, turning the album into both a conceptual and emotional journey. Formed in 2021, the quartet brings together four distinctive musicians whose individual voices merge into a cohesive and multidimensional sound.
