A to JazZ Workout

A bodyweight conditioning workout that combines three types of exercise – cardio, strength and isometrics, suitable in level and intensity for anyone looking to move and energize for the whole day of the festival.

Conditioning exercises develop all muscle groups, improving motor activity and increasing overall body strength, balance and coordination.

An additional advantage is the group format, which energizes the collective, increases motivation and provides an opportunity for socialization. Already in the morning you can expand the company for the evening.

Yana Stefanova is a group trainer at Vibes Health & Fitness, has been involved in various sports, dance and swimming since she was 10 years old. Her daily life, both professionally and personally, has always involved active movement and working with people of different cultures and ages. Over the years, she has been dedicated to swimming, fitness and climbing, discovering the conditioning training, which became her passion in 2019. Her training is focusing on control, coordination, balance and flexibility, which shape and strengthen the musculature, increasing the energy and strength of the body .
